The Red Dress and Other Stories is my newest book that was released on the 8th of January, 2026!!
The Red Dress and Other Stories is a collection of sixteen stories, each of which highlights the theme of survival. Every character must find their own light, something within themselves that is able to transcend the despicable, or, at the very least, extremely painful circumstances that pervade our world, our relationships, and our societies. In my stories, hope prevails, going beyond courage to a place of love, where survival is met with a light that emerges from within. All my main characters are women, and the strength and resilience of women prevails in each piece. My writing style is unique in that it blends poetry and a sense of lyricism with the tragedy in our world, creating a sense of optimism in the face of pathos.
